Often times before I meet with a couple, they let me know how nervous they are and/or how much the guys don’t really like photos. I mean, even I get uncomfortable in front of the camera so I totally get it! There’s truly no other time when you’re this vulnerable, and despite the Instagram/Facebook/email messaging or even Zoom calls we’ve shared together, despite even how many weeks we’ve been talking, I’m still kind of a stranger to you when we arrive for our shoot. Skyler & Lucas were no different before their engagement session. But just look at them! LOOK AT HOW CUTE THEY ARE!! They did so well, and I want you to know, you can look this good, too!

These two are so cute and in love. Already they’ve lived in a couple states together, share a beautiful baby boy, and are so excited to tie the knot this June. We had a super fun time at the Linen & Light studio in the Quad Cities. I love how these turned out! And don’t even get me started on their tattoos. I love when my people have tattoos, they add so much texture and beauty to the photos. I can’t wait to shoot their wedding!
